    Furnace air flow interruption?
    New furnace airflow is loud and interrupted while furnace is on?

    If this is a new furnace, I suggest having the installer come back to check any concerns you may have. Many new furnaces have much more air flow than old furnaces, therefore are louder at return and supply grills. Also, many new furnaces are two stage furnaces and the blower speed will change during operation.
