Hi, I have a Heil furnace, propane, in my shop 125,000/100,000 BTU. Looks to be an older furnace but came out of a remodeled house where it was working. 2" PVC exhaust, intakes in building. TStat is newer (used in house) confirmed good, furnace turns on, exhaust fan runs, igniter makes sparking noise, furnace cycles (main blower comes on, exhaust fan runs all the time), no burner lighting. It's an old furnace so there's computer or blinking lights. I purchased a new pressure reg on main line from the 1000 lb pig, 3/4 black pipe coming in and eventually reduced to 1/2'. The gas company ran the line from the tank. I have a new yellow flex line from black pipe into the gas valve and confirmed propane at the gas valve. I believe there's no propane getting to the igniter. I dissembled the burners, and removed the propane valve/jet assembly. Cleaned out pilot line, inspected igniter, ensured I could blow through pilot line at ignitor. There's restriction when blowing but there appears to be an oriface at ignitor end.

Could my new outside pressure reg not be set right? It was purchased from my local gas company. Is there anyway to test a gas valve in the furnace? The furnace did sit for 3 years or so, in a covered area. Overall it seems to be clean inside with no noticeable issues. Thank you!
