    2005 SR5 Sequoia OVERHEATING
My 2005 SR5 Sequoia overheated and I had the radiator, thermostat and hoses replaced and it ran good for 1 month and now it's over heating again, to the point when I turned it on it was overheating within 5 minutes of idle. It is winter time and 30 degrees outside. I had all the repairs done at Toyota Dealer and they said that the Water pump was fine. I don't think it is but what else could it be?

Did they check the fan? Did they bleed all the air from the system? When you say 5 minutes is that driving or just sitting and running?

You are losing coolant somewhere, someplace. It needs to go back to the place you just dumped all that money and tell them get it right this time.

There are a host of ideas to check in the link below:

Ensure that the cooling system is completely full and that no air is in the system.
