I had intercourse with my boyfriend and 20 minutes later I couldn't even move because I got this extreme pressure cramp all through my lower abdomen and what felt like in my uterus. It was so severe and came out of nowhere and there were a few moments of sharp pains. I got hott all of a sudden and felt like I was going to pass out. The pain finally subsided but had lasted all day and night. I hurt to walk and move but if I sat still it really didn't bother me.. Everytime I got up though I got lightheaded and at one point almost blacked out.. I had some water and eventually felt better.. The cramping inside had gone away although it is now the following day and my lower abdomen is still sore to touch and feels bloated and swollen. There has been so discharge or bleeding at all and it doesn't hurt to pee. I am feeling much better although I have a headache and sort of achy in my neck and shoulder for some reason and weak. Could it be an infection ? If so would it come on that fast? Or could it be something that burst? Thank you

Well pain after intercourse is not a common problem but if you not having regular sex then it might be so they onlt 2 things I can tink of then that your Virginia was dry and he tore some soft tissue entering you or whan he came off in you the sperm contains some asid that might of butn the tissue and made it sose so if you used a comdom that would solve the problem or get him to pull out when he is coming
