Should I tell my PO about new charge?? South-western pa
I have recently been stopped and got a DUI while on probation.. It was 3 days prior to seeing my PO. When I seen him, he never mentioned anything about it neither did I. I am having a nervous break down over this and don't know what to do.. I was on probation one time before and told my PO and he took me to jail for 90 days.. The kicker was that on the way to jail he said 'Thanks for telling me I would have never known'.. Since that deal I don't know if I should tell.. Also the arresting officer said he would not release info to the paper and he was not going to tell my PO.. Don't know how good his word is but, I have a pretty good report with the local police department.. Somebody with a little intelligence on the situation reply not these other knuckle heads with their peanut gallery comments.. Thanks
