I was on the depo shot for 2years and been off it for three months and haven't had a period I'm trying to get pregnant what can I take to make the progress faster

The best thing that you can do is drink lots of water, eat plenty freash fruit and vegetables, cut out alcohol and stop smoking if you smoke, I would also by folic acid from a chemist which will prepare your body for pregnancy, all these things will detox your body and prepare you for pregnancy, I hope this is helpful and good luck!

:) Take a one a day multi viatamin, exercize, and prop your butt up. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I am 20 years old was told I wouldn't have children when I was 11 due to medical. I became active at 15 and never worried about protection.. never got pregnant either. I'm 20 now and my husband and I were training because I wanted to get into the Navy. I started taken a vaitamin, and working out ( just walking and light jogging ) We stopped trying and then found out almost 2 months later we were exspecting. :) hopefully it works for you to.
