I want to start a class action suit against the attorney general's office and the child support agency.
Since my ordeal with began with child support and the attorney general's office, I have been given misinformation, threatened and downright lied to. My civil rights have been violated and I have yet to be able to find any attorney that is not afraid of battling the attorney general's office or the child support agency. It is sad that our justice system is based on state and federal agencies strong arming attorneys, backroom deals, and precedents. There are no "men of honor" anymore, just a bunch of cowardly pups with their tails between their legs. I had not seen or spoken to my child in over 10 years. I was told the case was closed being young I was not aware there was still a standing order. The mother had moved and left no forwarding address for the court or myself. I was called by the mother and her husband told me I was not going to talk to or be a part of my child's life. That was the last I heard of them. There was nothing I could do. I was in the military and went to the JAG office only to be told they could not help me. I was in a different country and did not have the money to pay for legal aid as I as only a Pv3 at the time. Recently I was contacted by the mother and told she was having trouble with her husband, I being the idiot I am tried to help. I even started sending her money since I now knew where they were and where to send it to. I was later contacted by the attorney general's office of the state she now lives in and told I was $22,000 in arrears.

Let me see you lost custody, never paid child support, and now get bill for arrears, you did not hire an attorney at the time, and now want to blame everyone but yourself, Is that about it ?

The Attorney general office and the child enforcement agency is not there to give you legal advice, that is why you hire an attoreny.

Prior rulings by judges when in appeal courts can be used to define how laws are enforced and used, so yes that is common and used in civil and legal law. Backroom deals, well if you mean plea or out of court agreements, yes, I would guess 80 percent of all court cases, again, civil and criminal are all decided out of court. strong arm attorneys, if you mean, the attorneys working for your ex, yes, they actually do lie to you ( or not tell you all the facts) or merely tell you things they want you to know but not all the facts, they are allowed to do that, that is why you must have your own attorney.

Are you an idiot? I did pay. The case was closed when the mother moved away and did not leave contact information. I did not know I needed an attorney since they said the case was closed. I did not pay anything else after the sent the prior 7 - 10 payments back, because the stated I could not pay there anymore and they did not hold funds for a parent they could not find and they were not a holding facility.

You are probably are a woman that is just out to take stabs at all men. If you don't have any constructive information keep it to yourself. I have always done what was right. I have never tried to buck my responsibilities. I wanted to have and still want to have a relationship with my son. If you have children, which I don't think you do, you would understand how it would feel not to be able to contact or see your child at all. After 11 years you are hit with the information the mother has now resurfaced and she is looking for money because she is having trouble with her husband, you would ask the same questions.

So get a life and go bash someone else.

I have YET to find a lawyer who is afraid to battle the establishment... That's what lawyers DO. They FIGHT the establishment. That's like saying I have yet to find a garbage collector willing to pick up my garbage...

If you PAY a lawyer, he'll fight your fight, just like if you PAY your garbage collector, he'll pick up your garbage... Of course, you didn't mention PAYING. So, maybe you're complaining about lawyers who won't represent you for FREE. If that's so, they're not representing you because they don't have a heart. It's because they do have a mortgage.
