    Cobra Cancellation
I have COBRA until June 2011, but my premium and deductible went up. My school provides student health insurance that is cheaper, but open enrollment is closed and I can only get on their plan if I prove a life changing event. Is cancelling COBRA considered life changing? Or do I have to wait until COBRA runs out?
