Refugee travel document vs home country passport
Does an asylee have to use his (US issued) refugee travel document to apply for a visa when travelling abroad or he can use his home country passport if he has a valid passport? In case he has to use his home country passport (e.g. the destination country doesn't issue visa on a refugee travel document and requires a passport), is that going cause a problem when entering US?

I'm working in US under H1B since Oct 2006 and I am a Malaysian citizen. I went back to Malaysia in December 2007 to get my H1B visa stamped, can I claim the travel expense - airfare, fees, etc? If so, can I claim 100% of the expenses? And, are there specific forms to file the claim on? Thanks...
