    Can I somehow leave (get emancipated) to move with someone else if my mom smokes pot?
    I really hate my mom and her sickening habit of not only smoking cigerettes, but pot also. I am 16.

    What state is this as some states won't even consider emancipation let alone as has been already stated.

    No, emancipated would require you ability to live on your own, not with someone.

    Where is your dad, if he and you mom don't live together, he could go to court for custody.

    Also the court will not see merely smoking as a bad thing, it is legal and while you may not like it, parents are allowed to if they want.

    Does she not feed you, does she not provide you with needed medical care ?
