I have a GrandAire GQ3RA Series single packaged heat pump I am not getting heat
I have a GrandAire GQ3RA series single packaged heat pump single phase and I am not getting any heat. The main fan and the blower are running and providing only a small among of heat. The condenser was hot to the touch when I took the panels off, and there was ice on the outside coils but no heat in the house. The unit is also supposed to have a heating coil, and I do not know where in the unit it is housed without pulling it all apart. I get no heat from the emergency heat either. I can pull it apart and troubleshoot with a little help. I do not have a manual on the unit.
