    HI Dennis...

The PTRAP should be roughed in for a shower. To check this, cut off any cap to the shower pipe and pour 1/2 gallon of water into the pipe. Then, take a flashlight and check to see if water remained in the pipe/trap... if so, the PTRAP is in place and you are all set.

A tub drain probably wouldn't have the PTRAP installed... just a pipe stubbed into a box. You would need to determine the rough in as needed and install the PTRAP yourself.

The toilet has an integral trap so yoou will only have a pipe stubbed up for it... no PTRAP underground.

The sink will obviously have the PTRAP under the sink, so no PTRAP underground here either!
