    First you need to get and divide information you have about company like the objective and motto of the company, Introduction, history of the company, their achievements, major clients, Testimonials of Clients, Company Services and Products, Staff of the company and then contacts.

    At first page their should be objective, title and motto of the company
    Than a page of some words from the company CEO or General Director
    Than their should be separate pages for the categories which I have defined above
