Solution 1

You need to get the serial# and call a honda dealer.
Sometimes you will find the 5 digit code on a small white sticker in the glovebox, trunk, ashtray, somewhere in the door jamb you willl have to look all over. Sometimes you can find the serial # on a small white sticker.
Otherwise pull the radio or try and see the serial# with a mirror

Solution 2

Hold down the 1 and 6 button on your radio and turn the radio on. A sequence of numbers and letters will flash. This is your radios serial number. Removing the radio is not necessary. Once you have the serial number you can enter the VIN and your personal information into honda.com under stereo and gps service and it will give you the code. If you bought your car used just call a honda dealer and give someone in the service dept your radios serial number and they will give you the code. Once you have the code turn your radio on and enter the code. Poof. Radio is fixed
