    Hot water slow downstair
    The hot water tap in downstair bathroom runs slow and cold. Sink faucet runs but does not heat up and shower does not heat and run at all. Have no problem with upstair bathroom.

    Is it possible there is a shutoff for this basement bathroom that didn't get turned back on after a repair?
