    I cant remember the name of an old movie I watch as a kid! HELP
    All I know about this movie is that:
    -its animated (cartoon)
    -it probably came out in the early 90's, I was born in 1994?
    -it was about people making a movie, and I remember the main character was this little spoiled brat who would always get mad at people. She was the directers/owners? Daughter or something? She had curls and bows in her hair and a dress, she was short, well she was a little kid.(once again this is a cartoon). At one point in the movie this little girl turns into a monster(not literally) she turns red and gets bigger it think, like a giant.
    - I remember being like 4 and watching this and kind of getting scared of the little girl when she gets mad.

    PLEASE PLEASE HELP! I REALLY WANT TO WATCH THIS AGAIN BECAUSE ITS BUGGING THE HECK OUT OF ME!

    Man servant/bodyguard who was a kong sized
    Goon.
