    Toilet ventilation
I bought and have lived here for two months then my toilet is flushed and gurgling noises come up in my kitchen sink, my main line has been cleaned and the relief vent at the kitchen sink has been changed out. Now the plumber wants to re-plum my entire house. I can't think that after two months of living here with no problem that the lines can be that messed up, any other ideas

    Hi Debedgell...

I agree with you. My best advice with that description is to call another plumber in and see what they think.

If they are in agreement then you get free estimates to do the work and go with the plumber you are most comfortable with.

Don't forget to check references, confirm insurance and never make the final payment due until the job is completed 100% as agreed!

Bathroom Ventilation [ 7 Answers ]

My HOA won't allow me to have a Bathroom vent to the roof because it would voide the warranty of the roof. So my options are to connect a fan to the dryer vent (only vent leading outside) or to put a pipe inside the dryer vent that leads to the outside. Any suggestions? I'm afraid that...

Insulation and ventilation [ 2 Answers ]
