Toilet has no water ** please help **
I just bought a home and went in to start doing some work on it and found that the toilet doesn't have any water. I turned the valve at the toilet and still noting.

It was a foreclosed home, but it was winterized. All the other water in the house works just fine.
It is on a crawl space, so my next guess was to check under there, but I wouldn't think that there would be another valve just for the toilet.
    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi STL...

Shut the water off at the valve under the toilet again and then disconnect the toilet supply tubing from the toilet and then turn the shutoff back on again. If you have water at the shutoff then the issue is at the fill valve inside the toilet tank.

You can disassemble the fill valve and clean it or replace the unit.

Start with confirming that the water is present up to/past the shutoff under the toilet and then you can begin to repair/replace the toilet fill valve, OK?

Check out this video for more info. On replacing the fill valve:
