    Obtaining maintenance updates on 812 W. Georgia St. Tallahassee, Fl.
    What year was the house built and how old is the roof? Is it wood or vinyl siding? Need info. For renter insurance.

    Ask the owner, we would not know.

    The age of the house would be found at the buiding permits
    Next if they got permits to put a roof on, but the owner knows or should.

    If you are the one who is getting the rental insurance the insurance company that you are retaining will be the one who does the leg work and determines what your premium should be.

    I have never heard of a renter getting that sort of information to obtain renter's insurance.
