    Move out of state
    Im a single mom of one my son is 10 months old, me and the father never married but we are not together anymore, I live in Florida, the father hasn't paid childsupport or got our son in 3 months, he only sees our son when I take him over to the fathers mothers house, he don't go to dr. apps or hospital vists.my question is this, I am engaged to be married but my fiancé lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma can I move to Oklahoma with my son?

    Has there been any court ordered visitation rights? Or any court action at all? If not, then you are free to move, but he could take you to court, especially if the grandparents want to continue to see the child.

    If there are court orders for visitation, then you have to get permission from the court to move. And he will have to agree.

    The only court order that has been done is a childsupport case that I opened, but that was like 5 months ago and nothing has been done with it, the father hasn't gave them what they need to go ahead with it.

    So its still pending? There was no counter filing for visitation? Then you should be OK to move.
