Trane xe80 NO HEAT
I have a trane xe80 and sometimes it will ingnite and sometimes it won't and when it won't the red led flashes 5 times need to know what's that mean. It also cuts off before reaching desired temperature. When the flame goes off the motor still blows but it's cold air and it don't shutoff you have to unplug the machine to turn it off.

All summer the cooling worked fine, when I switch over to heat this week, it didn't come on. The control box shows a code 4, which says "THERMAL PROTECTION DEVICE OPEN" Any help?
