Thanks for rescuing the sister from a bad situation!

Are they teenage kittens just playing, or is there actual aggression going on? Do they eat off the same plate at the same time? Do they sleep in separate spots or curled up together?

You're planning to get both spayed, I hope.

You often get a dominant cat in a house. I had a Bengal and she dominated all our cats who came in first but she fought with top cat, a chinchilla. I think you need to create a space for each one, basket or cupboard as she will only get more dominant if allowed prime position on your bed - if you allow sleeping on the bed. Have each one separately and cuddle etc for 20-30mins and keep the other cat out. They may be more friendly in the evenings. New cat is trying to get to the top spot as that is their nature. Tell her she is a good girl when she is nice with your other one. We talked to ours non-stop like children and we would say "Are you being nice to Cushion"? Good girl.. that's nice. Bad behaviour naughty girl, that wasn't nice and I would pop her in the garage only for a couple of minutes and bring her out and say are you going to be nice now to cushion? Say sorry and so on just using encouraging sounds. They did kiss occasionally at the height of the fighting and share the bed. I sort of treat them sike toddlers.

My 1 year old female (desexed) cat has had a sudden change of behaviour. She has gone from a very confident, relaxed cat who loved being outside, to a cat that won't go outside (unless someone is with her), lays around, but has 'panic attacks' where she runs around rapidly for about twenty -...

Hi everyone, I have an 7 y/o tuxedo cat, short hair. He's an active cat, usually runs around the place and is chatty.
