    I had a dream that my boyfriend ditched me for another girl at a party?
    I had a dream that I was at my school dance, and my boyfriend ditched me for another girl. In my dream, a slow dance song came on and all the couples began to slow dance. I went looking for my boyfriend so that we could slow dance, and he ran away from me with the prettiest girl in the school. What does this mean?

    Scientifically speaking, dreams are just where your brain is deleting unnecessary information. My advice is not to linger on it and to carry on as normal and do not worry about it, it is only a dream

    All it means is that you had a dream.

    Dreams are your brain making sense of images and input that it is sifting through as you sleep.

    It can be anything from books, movies, music, etc. that you have been reading, watching, or listening to as well as memories and mixed up with sounds, etc. from your environment that your subconscious is aware of even though you are asleep.

    You just started a relationship and you are over-thinking and put meaning to things that don't have any. Enjoy getting to know your new boyfriend.
