    Anyone in Ghana can find out just how much it is to renew their passport. This is a scam. I urge you not to send any money to this person, you will never see them or your money.

    More like a scam to me... because approval of visitors visa to US in Ghana is equivalent to zero for many years. If this person is eligible to obtain US visa, then cost of a new passport is nothing to her... which means she can afford it.

    SCAM!!
