    I am trying to find a kung fu movie 70's vintage.
    This movies plot involves an older chubby begger man and his younger friend begger. The young guy gets trained in Crane style kung fu by a guy with grey hair pony tail, and ends up fighting the duo; Shrimp and Crab kung fu martial artist who beat him up a couple of time times before he defeats them; I remember he put some metal around his ankles to protect him from the duo's leg attacks.
