    Can my kids be issued french passports I with one parent
    My ex husband is french and I am american the kids 8 and 9 y/o were born here in america can he go to france and get them passports without my knowledge or permission?

    The father must report birth of French nationals to the French Embassy in the States and your children can apply for French passports at the embassy. As the mother, you must acknowledge this request.
