    What is the name of workers comp insurance ?
    I looked my pay stub, but I don't see the insurance for worker's comp. What is the name for that insurance on my pay stub ? I am in California.
    I am paying :
    1.CA SUI/SDI
    2.AD&D
    3.Ltd Ins.
    4.Medical Ins.
    5.Medicare

    That's because you don't pay it your employer does.

    Correct, you don't pay for the workers comp, it is 100 percent paid by the company you work for.

    They should have official notices ( required by law) posted telling you the company, their contact info, and how to file a claim if you need to. Also some states allow them to tell you what doctors you can go to
