    Judgement and mortgage
I have a judgement through the court system and not on my credit report. It has been there for 18 years.
I'm in the process of securing a mortgage on a home. Will the title company find this or do they just check your credit? I'm closing on the 28th and this is freaking me out! I just remembered it today! Any thoughts would be helpful.
    Thanks!
