What to do if my girlfriend has a very open character
I have been with my girlfriend for nearly two months now. I love her very much and I believe she love me too, I guess. But she has a very open character and tend to be closer to her male friends than female ones, this make me feel uneasy for times to times. We will soon be separated as we might be attending different college and I'm worry whether she will leave me for so other better guys or older guys, that are attracted to her, and woo her when I'm not around. Plus, her ex, who is a replusive lover, might be in the same college as her, adding on to her open character. I'm worried if anything will happen. Please tell me what to do?

Although extremely hard you need to think logically and not with your emotions.

Obviously you are worried, insecure and unsure. Anyone would be if they cared.

Let her be. Don't be clingy, don't show her your insecurity and don't be needy. Show you her care by all means but show her you're a man with your own wants, desires and you have a fun life without her being present.

If she goes off and cheats or what have you then she obviously wasn't worth it in the first place. In that case you put it down to experience, the past and move on.

Yes there are plenty more fish in the sea, each meet is different, each has its own personality. However there of course is none the same as your girl but hey, what can you do. You accept that and work through it. The key is having a life that you can enjoy without someone.

Talk to her and set up a plan that allows you some regular contact times, and when you will see each other and don't get all insecure and needy because you are so afraid to lose her. Long distance relationships are hard enough without you tripping on the unknown, and making your partner feel bad because you do. It means thinking before acting or speaking and having other things to do for yourself.

Especially don't get carried away after only two months of being together because you haven't been together long enough to know how long this will last, so keep it real, and keep it fun getting to know each other better. If you are already worried about other guys and exes hitting on your girl then you especially better not let her know you are so jealous, because that will lead to arguments and fights. Instead trust her, and keep trusting her so you don't freak her out or smother her from afar. Above all, give her plenty of space to adjust and enjoy her situation.

Don't make her your life, to soon for that, nut treat it like a long distance friendship, and be a good guy and not an immature fool. Can you do that? If not, this thing will go no where fast. Heck, Maybe you aren't ready for this at this time, no shame in that, many are not.

Go with the flow and keep it upbeat, and see what happens, and stay cool, calm, and collected, even when your nerves are frazzled, from your fears and insecurities.

Good Luck, try and enjoy the experience.

I am a 29 year old female and my boyfriend seem to have the same problem with me, he thinks that I firlt too much and have to many male friends. Because I love him and respect him, I got that by his complaining He did not like it so I stopped talking to my male friends when he was a round, hardly call them anymore cause he is always with me, and when some of them found out that I am in a relationship they stopped talking to me. Well my advise to you, you cannot change who she is she has to do so on her own, I changed because I love my boyfriend and he loves and respects me. If you speak to her about it and she does not see the need to change, maybe she does not really love you enough to change
