    Teen problem
    In front of my school there comes a car with tainted glass and without number plate and there are lot of boys stuffed in to it but I know that the driver of that car is my neighbour and I have doubt on that car .so, should I lodge a complain against that car or what else should I do?

    Do you know what sort of people they are or what they get up to? Also are the boys with the driver or are they being picked up.

    Yes you need to inform police soon may he want to do something bad.

    Inform the police about what? If something was happening to these boys the school would most likely know.

    You don't call the police on some because of speculations or assumptions!

    Many states have rules about the level of tint in auto glass. Also all states require a vehicle in operation to have valid license plates. If this car is being driven on the street and shows up at school at regular times, then yes report it to the police.
