    What could be wrong, fires up to runs,makes a clicking noise then flames out
    My york diamond 80 gas furnace has trouble with its running properly to produce heat. It will fire up,to run, makes a clicking noice then flames ouy

    Does it fire up the pilot and then burners? If so and it don't stay on is your fan motor engaging? If not try turning the fan to on at t-stat and then start it. If this makes it work it is the cam stat/limit switch. These are adjustable. I would set at 90f and 120f. But they do go out as well.
