My mom bought a house about 30 yrs ago she put my sister on the deed. My mom has now passed away 2 yrs ago my sister is living there now. So here is my question do me and my other siblings have any rights to the house since she didn't help my mom with any payments or bills at any time. Do we have any rights to the house

Depends on how she was added to the house, if she was added as a co-owner with right of survivialship, to avoid probate taxes, then she is now full ower of the home and there is no rights to heirs

If she was only put down as co-owner, she now owns half, and the moms estate owns the other half, and you can file a claim in probate court for your shard of the home.

So you need an attorney to do a title search and see how the property was transferred
And the attorney can review your state law to see if that is any claim for other reasons
