    Operating light with remote
I recently installed a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan. Everything is operating normally except that when the wall switch is turned off with the light on, when the wall switch is turned back on, the light must be turned back on with the remote. I have a fan by the same manufacturer in another room and don't have to do this with that fan, which I believe is the way it should operate. Does anyone have any input on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some are made this way, some are made the other way. You can't change it. Remote fans are designed to be controlled with the remote only.

Harbor Breeze fan/light with remote [ 1 Answers ]

I have recently installed a Harbor Breeze fan/light with remote. It is operated by a 3way switch. Appears to be no memory in the ...
