    My heil 7000 has a loud explosion on occasion when blower come on

    Hendrikus, it could be the sheet metal being sucked in by the blower.
    Gently push in the center of the panels to try and duplicate the sound, or place a hand on the panels when the blower is starting. Good luck

    Also, make sure filters are clean.
