    . Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

    . Test the tail light sockets for power with your test light or meter, after turning the ignition switch and light switch on.

    . Replace the tail lights.

    Can a car starter be fixed if it doesn't turn over all the time?
    Dodge Dakota selonoid clicks sometimes and starts other times.

    Try removing and fully charging the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free. This link may help:
