    Shower pressure
When I pull up the knob on the shower faucet to divert the water to the shower head, water (at very high pressure) still comes out the faucet resulting in low pressure water coming out of the shower head. Is there something I can do to fix this problem? I know nothing about plumbing. Thanks.

The pull knob is a diverter and it is not doing its job all the way, it is leaking rather than fully diverting. It can be rebuilt if you can tell us about you old mixing valve like brand and/or model

I looked at the faucet, handle and shower head and I do not see a model. I took a picture of it but can't seem to attach it. Maybe I just meed to call a plumber. How do you get the faucent off?
