If I talked to a friend, I found I may easily effectted by his/her mood,and what's more, I can get feelings,which belonged to her/him.
Suppose today I am very happy,and in a good mood. And then I talked to one of my friends who maybe sad and lonely today,(just normal topic ) later I could feel lonely and empty easily, like it happened to me. I know it doesn't belong to me, but I can hardly get rid of it right away. :eek:

I think a lot of people's moods affect how we feel. That's why I prefer associating with positive people! Maybe that's what you need to be doing more of.

As for me it depends on the degree of intimacy I have with the people, to people who very close to me I can feel the same feeling that they feel, when they angry I angry and I can say that it is normal feelings or better because it is proof that you care and appreciate people around you , when they sad you feel their sadness and when they angry you feel angry also, it is somekind of empathy.
