OK, but what is your question?
Check local code about requirement for depth and for PVC through a foundation. Also if zoning allows it?

My question is there is a kitchen sink at the start of the run a wall then a tub ,toilet and a sink... where would you put the vent ?
Could I run the vent off the first part of the run by the kitchen sink?
Is there any where to get a diagram so I could see it (hard to visualize)
    Thanks

Your kitchen sink will rough in by itself and have its own vent which may be revented back to the bath vent before exiting the roof, You will come off the 3" line with a 3 X 2" wye and then run to the sinks location. If wet vents are allowed in your area This is how I would rough your bathroom. (see image) Good luck, Tom
