One thing was I had excess amniotic fluid and had to do multipule stress tests towards the end of my pregnancy is this likely to happen again? Also the cord was wrapped around her neck. And finally I was past my due date and they induced me, I was having strong contractions but could not feel them and not on any medication for pain. After 48 hours of labor and not dialating at all I had to have a csection. Are these things that I need to be prepared for again?

Every pregnancy is different; some medical problems happen over and over (pre-eclampsia, sometimes gestational diabetes) but you just can't predict what the next one will be like. Go into it positive and happy, with the idea that you'll handle whatever comes up. Good luck with your family-building plans!
