    Where can I redeem my Illinois College Savings Bond?
    My bank won't redeem my savings bond and sent me to the Fed Reserve which sent me to a phone number of a furniture store in Monticello IL! Help!

    It can't be just any bank. Try this:

    Bondholder Relations, 1 800 254 2826 or 800 934 6802
    New York Trust Company
