    I am an accountant of clint axl which business suit for him
    I am accountant of clint Axl. He and his friend slash is going to open restaurent , slash was going to invest $ 1 million but not willing to work actively and give time in Saturday night for musical entertainment only during dinner. Alx agreed to be present in lunch and dinner at least 30% of his time in restaurent and have to not perform any more. They agree to divided profit of business equally. Alx has concerned because Slash has court case which he could lose and as result he have to pay large amount of damages. Premises of restaurent is vacant because last owner has bankrupt and put in jail for money laundering. But Axl believe that business run good. He and Slash want to built business and want to sell for large profit.
