Stomach Making Weird Noises
So about a 3 weeks ago I started noticing that after I would eat my lower abdomen would make weird noises. Some sound like popping and others like they are squeezing tightly through something. I heard that it could be your bowel or something.
It feels like a lot of air is constantly running and making these odd noises that sound a lot like farts which makes it even more emberrassing! It feels like pressure is inside but I don't know what to do anymore! Every now and then I will feel the need to pass the gas but I try and hold it because it's emberrassing and once it goes away ( I feel like the gas just goes back up) then it makes this odd noise again. BUt usually I always have noises in my lower abdomen and I don't know what to do anymore! Any solutions? Someone help! |
