Can retired AD military maintain PA residency if living oversees?
I am an active duty military member and have been on Active duty for 25 years. I have never claimed residency in another state. When I retire from Active duty, must I return to PA to maintain PA residency? I plan to work and live oversees and will not claim residency in another state.
