    You know, for a fact. That it is the pan and not;
    1) a ruptured drain seal
    2) A leak at the trap or one of the joints
    3) Bad tile grout allowing water to leak behind the pan **OR**
    4) water splashed while showering.
    What I'm trying to say here is when it can be so many other things why do you think the pan is bad? Back to you, Tom
