Help with damp house and depression
    Hello,
We have recently moved in a semidetached house which had no faults at the beginning. When the weather changed especially when it rained a lot we got a big damp in 2 rooms at the beginning but now it is in all rooms apart from living room and with the mould as well. We had to move our 3 year old son to our bedroom as he has asthma, I had a breakdown last week as after miscarriage and then spending all the savings for moving into a new house I did not cope with the situation and am on a sick note now. The landlord has been very helpful, he brought 2 dehumifieders and it is helping a little bit in those 2 rooms but the rest of house is just worse and worse. He is planning to replast the rooms but due to bad weather as we live in North East and Christmas coming we have to wait until spring.
Do we have the right for rent reduction and if yes how do we ask for it?? We will have to move out the house at some point as the whole house is mouldy and damp but have no money at the moment to go through moving again and am not fit enough eigher.
Please help, any advice will be very appreciated.

Our house is just about complete, at the trim and flooring stage. We have just noticed dampness/water coming from a couple of garage receptacles that are on the house side wall. Hi We have damp in our cellar - its been there since we brought the house but has got worse. Our builder thought it might be a crack in the soil pipe (which runs through the cellar and out onto the street) or a crack where the soil pipe meets the main sewer pipe under the street. We just...
