    Italian sub calories?
I got a regular veggie italian from amato's the other day, but in the nutrition facts they include oil. A regular italian is about a foot long with cheese, oil, pickles, olives, tomatoes, and onions. I had it without oil and without cheese, and no extra dressings or anything. Can anyone give a good estimate as to how many calories it had?

    Regular Large Italian (Amato's)
Serving Size: large Italian; Calories: 698, Total Fat: 37.5g, Carbs: 71.1g, Protein: 19.1g

Minus Approximately 60 to 120 calories for a serving of olive oil. I leave the mind-blowing mathematics up to you.
