    Remote only fan no pull chains. Lights not working.
    I Have moved in to a new home with remote only ceiling fans. I have no remotes for the fans. When I turn the light switch on the wall in the room, I get 120 V at the light fixture. When I place a bulb in fixture the voltage is pulled down to 30 V.
