Trying to send an mp3 file I made through audacity
I have an mp3 file that I made for a college project and saved that I am trying to email to my professor. It is 10mb in size and it doesn't seem to be able to be emailed. Any suggestions?

Compress it some more to lower the file size.

I forget exactly where the settings are, but I believe it's something like Edit-> Preferences, then look for Encoding or MP3 settings. Lower the bitrate and see if that helps compress the file some more.

10MB is usually the limit for most e-mail attachments.

Hi - I am recording a 2 hour talk on Audacity in low bit rate 48 kbps and sample rate 22050. Probably about 50 MB. I want to send this talk to a friend on CD. How do I put it on a CD to send it as an Mp3 file? I want it to remain an Mp3 file. Thanks,
