    I am 14 and i weight almost 210
    I have the same problem as you =/ I am 14 and I weight almost 210 I'm almost 5,6 Ihave really bad asthma and at the momment
    ihave really bad Pain in my stomich its caused by my overys the doctor say &well I can't run or the pain is to bad , Id really love
    for me to lose weight I don't get tease about my weight friends always say I'm only chubby but, idont find myself chubby I find myself
    fat and it brings me down thinking about it idont find a look pretty, like id find myself more pretty if if was more skinny
    Ijust don't know how, and its actually really bottering me at the momment =/ id like to lose 50 pounds
    Any advice for me?

    Clean up your diet.

    Cut out all the junk food, especially sugar and soda and fast food.

    Base your diet on fresh whole unprocessed food. That means things like oily fish, eggs, meat and chicken, lots and lots and lots of green vegetables, fresh fruit (no juice), some dairy, olive oil, nuts, some wholegrains.

    No sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes.

    A handy tip for cutting lots of calories easily is that if you have a sandwich for lunch, keep the same filling, but eat it with a big green salad instead of two slices of bread. And at dinner time, replace the rice/pasta/potato with a green vegetable. Those two changes on their own will reduce your calories by 500 a day, which is enough for a lose of 1lb of fat a week.

    If you must go to a fast food place, opt for the grilled chicken salad rather than a burger and fries. Or even just the burger and leave the bun. Half the calories in a burger are in the bun, and let's face, the bun is not exactly tasty! Get water rather than soda.

    Learn what a proper portion size is. My 14 year old can eat about five regular portions at one go. If you want to lose weight, you need to know what size a proper portion should be, otherwise you can knock back 1000 calories more than you think without even enjoying them.
