My heater fan blower on my 1996 Accord sounds clogged with leaves and pine needles.
I would like to remove the fan to clean this out. Is this hard to get access to this under the dash? Any concerns if the car has A/C---Is there anything in the AC unit that will be disturbed by accessing the plastic panel?

    Thank you

From under the passenger side of the dash, the blower can be removed by disconnecting the harness and removing three screws.
If there's debris in the blower, you'll have access now but you may want to look at ways to prevent leaves and needles from getting in.
You shouldn't have to worry about disturbing anything.
Air is pulled in through the cowl between the hood and the windshield. Make certain that the mesh is in place and not cracked or broken.
    Good luck!
